La Tinaia

This apartment can comfortably accommodate four people. In all our apartments we have tried to keep alive its Tuscan style. The whole apartment has a tiled floor and the bedrooms have beamed ceilings.
La Tinaia has its own private terrace overlooking the pool of the complex and the olive groves. The terrace is accessible from the kitchen or the main living area on the ground floor, making it the ideal place to enjoy a meal or a glass of wine while admiring a majestic view. The kitchen, complete with oven, hob and full size fridge can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The main living room is slightly raised and overlooks the kitchen, and is the perfect place to entertain guests while preparing a “snack” or a meal, it has two sofas and a TV. Also on the main floor there is a small pantry area and one of the two bathrooms of the apartment.
Going up a series of stairs from the living area you will find the two bedrooms of La Tinaia together with the second bathroom of the apartment (complete with shower). The master double bedroom has direct access to a private garden facing west. The second bedroom has two single beds.
